A resident of Saint Vincent and respected business leader Jaimason is guided by a deep sense of responsibility to family, community and future generations. Jaimason leads with a vision to create lasting value. As Montrose embarks on a period of expansion, with the launch of Montrose Horizons 2025, introducing new sectors including environmental solutions, construction, and real estate, the focus is on creating strategic opportunities for investor partnerships, aligning your investment vision with ours.

Kinnike Mandeville-Leacock
Architect Design Lead
An Architect with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Having worked with several Building Services design firms, Kinnike has the relevant experience with Luxury Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Educational projects that support the Montrose vision. With specialist knowledge in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing fields supported by unique insights of building services installations across the Caribbean region. In addition, Kinnike holds qualifications in Contracts and Procurement Management.

Martin A.J Alves
Operations Lead​
Operations and supply chain lead with a focus on Montrose Construction, Martin drives engagement and partnership development across the construction supply chain, with particular emphasis on quarry management and sourcing aggregates for major regional infrastructure projects. Martin has extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically supporting British Petroleum's oil and gas exploration and production operations in Trinidad and Tobago. Additionally, Martin has a keen interest in solar energy, aligning with the Montrose focus on environmental solutions projects in the Caribbean and Eastern Caribbean markets.

Jean-Saville Cummings Ph.D.
Investor Relations
Investment lead, Jean-Saville partners with Montrose investors and wider stakeholders in aligning commercial interests in the Caribbean region. Educated in the United States and Europe, Jean-Saville holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Molecular Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Currently serving the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as Chief, Technical Department at the Medicinal Cannabis Authority, leading on the development of industry regulation and infrastructure. Additionally, as Chairperson of the National Standards Council, Bureau of Standards, in support of the economic development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Guevara J Leacock
Legal Counsel​
Barrister admitted to the Bar in England and Wales and an Attorney at Law in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Guevara holds a Masters LLM in Corporate and Insolvency Law in addition to a Degree of Utter Barrister - Lincoln's Inn, London. Guevara specialises in business crime having worked extensively in criminal matters involving fraud, burglary, theft, extradition, bribery and corruption. Guevara also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in private law, specifically inheritance matters and estate planning. He has a keen interest in data, privacy and cyber security. Guevara lectures in Law preparing students for the Solicitors’ Qualifying Examination. He is a member of the Lord Denning Society of Lincoln’s Inn and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of England and Wales.

Orla Ryan
Consultant
Providing independent consulting, research, and insights across the Montrose portfolio of products and services, Orla brings extensive experience in both the private and development sectors. She has contributed to global projects for organisations such as the United Nations and the World Bank, with a particular focus on current global trade and supply chain dynamics. Orla holds a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia, and is the founder of the London-based consultancy, Amabilidad.eu.
